I know that sitting around watching the news has a grey cloud over many of us. While the social events we look forward to are being cancelled to prevent the spread of the virus, it is our hope that we will still be able to help you celebrate milestones and birthdays at home with your immediate family and friends. So maybe shaking your rump at the club is no longer in the cards for your 30th. But guess what is? A grown ass woman pajama party or being surrounded by your nuclear family with a cake you had dropped off on your doorstep.

The health and safety of our Badass Balloon Co. customers and employees is our priority. With recent news around coronavirus (COVID-19), we know you may have questions about how we can all do our part to stay healthy and still support small businesses.
For us this question is a little closer to home. As many of you who follow us on Instagram know, my mother Martha, the matriarch of the family is immunocompromised as she continues her battle with cancer. Since we are a family owned business, our warehouse is owned and operated by my immediate family. Martha is the boss of us all and the old gal just won't sit this one out. So we are taking this extremely serious.
The good news is that at Badass Balloon Co., we have been washing hands, using hand sanitizers and keeping our workspace clean and disinfected to keep Martha safe so that she can continue to do the job she loves. All of this was in place well before the threat of COVID-19.
We will continue to operate our online business and we are taking the following precautions with handling your orders.
1. We are monitoring the local conditions in El Paso, TX where our warehouse is located. We are following the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and State agencies as needed.
2. We are helping with prevention. The shipping office is being disinfected daily. Packaging is being handled with gloves. More importantly my sisters who are exposed to crowds through their full time jobs have been put on leave so Martha is in social isolation and her only fun is packing orders, y’all!!
3. All products available online have been in our possession since our last inventory drop in Q4 2019.
We are still designing and installing balloons:
1. We are business as usual. We understand that stimulating sales is more important now than ever for our clients. We understand that you count on us to execute your high visibility campaigns to keep revenue flowing. Because of this, we will be honoring all bookings and are taking future bookings. We will also continue to travel for our clients on a case by case basis. The Safety of our employees is our top priority. The survival of small businesses is a close second.
